Once Again - EXCEEDED EXPECTATION! This time we received prompt same day service on a hot water heater issue, and it was replaced by Jacob Stone and Austin Z before I made lunch. High quality, and the best customer service we have ever received by any company, ever! THANK YOU Jacob & Austin! Our previous visits (I think by Zack andnDennis) were extremely helpful also. Rhonda also very kind and helpful with scheduling. Thanks to H.C. Blake!

Phone staff was friendly and helpful. Plumbers kept us informed of arrival time, provided understandable explanations of our issues and service options with pricing. After they finished they did a good clean up and gave us advice on how to avoid further issues. I will use this company again if needed and recommend H.C. Blake to neighbors needing service.

Absolutely fantastic service every time. Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, technically proficient. We've used HC Blake multiple times, from a whole AC unit replacement to plumbing....never anything less that satisfied. And if you are ever not satisfied, they will make it right. Recently had a tech named Chris (sorry, don't know last name) help us with a plumbing issue - fantastic service, took the time to resolve the issue and answer every question I had.

HC Blake installed a new air unit. They were very professional and kept me informed along the way. Cody started the process with the duct work - he was very prompt, informative and professional. The best part about the whole installation was when all was said and done, they went one step further by filing all the warranties on the different parts of the air/heating system. I didn't have to worry about any of that process and I received all the certificates. That was a weight off my shoulders!

9/2020 update: Mark was out this week, did a great job with HVAC issue, showing me everything and explaining how to keep the system operating at peak capacity heading into the winter. Another outstanding service call.nnCody did our annual check and pointed out some light bulbs in a candelabra fixture that were running too hot (charred the plastic holder - fire hazard). I hadn't noticed since we don't look at it except when a bulb goes out. I replaced them with LED bulbs!
