good work, but it was a little expensive. Was in house around 2 hours and the bill was over $400

The service tech and receptionist were both respectful and knowledgeable. Our issue was swiftly taken care of. We called the office at the end of the business day and didn't expect anyone to come out till the next day but within a couple of hours, there was someone here.

My husband has been calling plumbers for three years and no one would come and do the work he requested. I assume the jobs weren’t big enough, they never said and didn’t show up or call back. When he called Mr. Rooter, they were the next morning! He explained the small jobs he needed done and the professional young man got right to work and completed each job with excellence! Thank you Mr. Rooter! You will be our FIRST call from now on!

I called on a holiday weekend and they were responsive to send a plumber out that day. I am pleased with their service.
