Staff was wonderful, but the stay not so well. Non smoking room had cigarette buds in it. It was VERY poorly cleaned. Bathroom door knob was broke also had a hole in the window curtain. Tables weren't even wiped down. My fiancee and I were in Alabama for her sisters wedding. We made it through but it was a struggle. Thank God I had hotel job experience to make it better.
Poor customer service...lady at the reception, beddings have cigarette burns... furniture is old. Super 8 can do better than this
Ok, let’s be honest. This hotel is so-so. What makes it an ok place to stay is because of the prices. When I stayed there were a couple of dead roaches in my room. Upside though? That was it. I never saw any live ones, so at least they spray constantly. But it is a homing place for those on drugs. So just be cautious. The staff is usually cool and to themselves.
Being managed by Wyndham I expected at least a properly maintained property. NOPE!!! I understand buildings age and you have to repair them but this is flat out take peoples money and I’m not going to make it nice at all!!! The chair was the icing on the cake. That is just roll it out and put a new one in it’s place.
The room was not vacuumed and was extremely overpriced, also, had fleas and roaches. Gross! I will definitely not stay here again.
