WOW! Customer service out of this world ! At a car wash. Just met a young lady who works here. Super professional - walked me through the monthly service agreement ! Such a blessing. Payed $20 for ultimate wash and asked them to hit my rims really good. Git thru wash and my truck didn't look one bit better then when pulled in asked them to re-do it and the girl was talking with the guy there making faces laughing at me. I understand u may not like your job but this was a terrible experience.
I noticed they were wiping down the cars with dirty water. I get it don’t wanna waste money changing it out. But when I got to where I was vacuuming my car and using the air hose to blow the water off I noticed some dirty water spots. Needless to say I’m gonna have to go home and clean them off. One spot was on the fender no big deal. And the other was on the mirror. But then there’s one in the grille area that I’m gonna have to scrub now. I like this car wash it’s decently priced versus shine time on university but I’d rather pay $10 more for the top of the line car wash and have my car clean than to have to pay $10 less and not have it completely clean. Best car wash I ever been to!! Great people, they take the time to make sure it's done right the first time! Have prep stations and extras to get a thorough clean in and out!! Highly recommended!!
