I have brick floors that needed cleaning and resurfacing. They did a terrific job. My floors look amazing. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Floor Care for any of your floor or stone surface needs! We used PFC several years ago, with great success, to keep our ceramic tile floors looking like new. Recently, I began to notice the grout looking dingy, so I contacted them again. In keeping with my previous experiences with them, they were nothing but professional from beginning to end. I contacted them online, and quickly received a call. We scheduled someone to come out to measure, and I had a quote within a day or two. I scheduled the service, received a reminder call the day before, and received a call from the technician when he was on his way. They arrived promptly, told me exactly what to expect, and were finished within a couple of hours. I called before they arrived the next day to apply the sealer, because I realized that mere cleaning would not give me the “like new” look I wanted for my grout, as some of it was stained. Tiffany quickly called the technician, then called me back, assuring me they would come up with a satisfactory solution, which they did. We decided to do a stained seal, which would give my grout the look I desired, and it turned out beautifully! I could not be more pleased with the result. In fact, I had them place me on an annual maintenance schedule, and have already scheduled them to clean my carpeted rooms next month. Thank you, PFC!

PFC worked on this very difficult restoration of a natural stone floor that was put in 25 years ago. They continued till it was in excellent shape. My architect said it was a 100% improvement when they had finished.nnI’m grateful that they got it right and did it with a wonderful attitude.

We have PFC clean our carpets every summer. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Colton. What a wonderful worker, as well as young man. He covered the hardwoods to protect them and put guards on corners, as well. He explained everything with much expertise. It was so nice to meet him and get our carpets cleaned.
