So my story begins with Clear Moment Pressure Washing November 16, 2020. I called in and spoke to Duane Moment (Owner/Operator) of the business on this day. I was told that I would have my rig built within 3-5 business days after receiving equipment. Fast forward a month to Dec 15, 2020 and I am just receiving my rig. It was a long and unexpected wait, (not considering holiday slow downs and Covid-19) this delay was very possible. When I arrived to pick up the rig I was obviously frustrated with this time delay and had almost backed out of the deal. After meeting Duane and his son I was truly impressed by not only the work he had done but the quality. He upgraded various pieces of equipment for the inconvenience as well as gave me a discount. His friendly and welcoming personality put both my wife and I frustrations at ease. He and his son stayed professional and friendly even though I knew they could see our frustrations. Duane, his son and his wife ultimately came through and kept the promise of creating for me the best rig that $8k could buy. I rarely give a 5-star rating for services rendered, but Duane and his crew are extraordinary! They blasted away two years of crud from two smoking areas (floors, ceiling, walls, tables) and a huge sidewalk area at a medium size production manufacturing facility in north Montgomery. He is professional, on time, dependable, and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company for commercial and residential services! You won't be disappointed.
