Carlos provided EXCELLENT service. Our house is in a wooded area and had never been washed. Carlos remained professional through an extremely tough job. When he was finished our family, friends and neighbors thought we had painted. He worked for a good portion of the day and when it was said and done he charged us his original quote. He is honorable and so hard working that we paid him more than he charged. I plan to have him back out soon. The house is so pretty now and we only trust Carlos!

Carlos Pressure Washing did an excellent job cleaning our white vinyl siding home. One side was filthy where the previous owner’s dogs had stained the house with red clay. After Carlos finished, you couldn’t see any stains. Another side was green with algae and that was all cleaned as well. Carlos did a great job at a great price!

Carlos is a consumate professional. His work ethic is impressive and he sets the highest standards for himself. He goes the extra mile and will not leave the work site until he deems his work perfect. Carlos charges a fair, reasonable price (I personally think he short changes himself and should charge much for the amount of time he spends). He has cleaned my gutters, my roof and has pressure washed my house and always does an excellent job. I have recommended him to all my friends and they rave about his work as well. Do yourself a favor and call Carlos for all your exterior needs.
