We were able to get a contract within 2 weeks on the market but encountered several issues that delayed the sale for 6 months. Our realtor, Patty Reckert was patience and extremely helpful in coordinating contractors and all the legal aspects needed as well as keeping us focused on the tasks that needed to be done. She was also instrumental in keeping our buyers still interested during the process. I would not hesitate using All Seasons Real Estate again if the need would arise. Great customer service!

I have had great experiences working with All Seasons and Patti for both buying and selling a home. They made the process easy and were always available for questions. When I sold my home they had it under contract in less than 5 days & closed on the sale just a few weeks later. I highly recommend working with All Seasons for your real estate needs.
