Bought new GE Cafe appliances. Two of them had issues at install. I reported the model and serial numbers and the problem on GE’s website and scheduled service. Then a get a text from Factory Warranty Service and they make me text all of the info AGAIN to them. They cancel my scheduled appointment and tell me I have to reschedule again. I finally get them here and they say they will order a part for the refrigerator and come back. They never do. They send a different person on a different day to look at the dishwasher and that person knows nothing about the refrigerator. He installed a seal on the dishwasher. But it still leaks. I call Factory Warranty Service for follow up. They say I can’t call or text them, and to go back to the GE website. I do that. Then I get the text messages again that asks me to text them all the info I just entered on the website. They cancel the website appointment and tell me to reschedule with them. I do that. They never show up. Finally, someone calls me who is rude and raises their voice to me. This company is one of the worst you will ever find. Worthless.

The staff at Factory Warranty Services was absolutely wonderful to work with. Shawn and Tonya went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with my washer. I can't think them enough for being so kind and helpful it made things go so much easier and smoother. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all so much for everything.

As a whole the staff and the repairman were not truthful nor were they professional. They ordered parts to repair my fridge before they saw my fridge. Finally after two weeks he came to repair it . He got stuck in ditch my husband took 3 hours to get him out. My son was called to pull him out. Neither got a thank you . He came into our home then told us that he ordered wrong parts and told my husband he would order the correct part and let us know when the part came in . 2 weeks later after him not answering or returning texts or calls I called the company . They were rude and very very unprofessional. Stated the tech said we put a part on which voided our warranty. He lied straight to our faces making us wait another two weeks without a fridge . He knew when he was here the situation but was not professional enough to explain the warranty. He lied and said he would be back when the part came in ,if we knew on the spot then we wouldn’t of been without a fridge for a additional 2 weeks. Terrible company and employees. Rude

Two technicians. Multiple visits. Zero results. Zero accountability. Will literally do nothing. Choose anyone else. Great at accumulating negative reviews.

AVOID THEM. Extremely rude staff reception which does not call American Home Shield. They took 6 weeks just to BE CALLED by AHS and tell them they do not have the technician to do the job. I had to call AHS 5 times as this staff was not returning the calls to AHS. Shame on them and they must be cheap t hire so unqualified staff. THEY FEEL ARE THE CUSTOMER not the ones providing the service
