Bel-Cross was great to work with while we renting. Our townhome was great, and Rhonda made the experience stress-free by providing timely maintenance when we needed it, and made sure to follow up to ensure any problems were taken care of.nnWe also had a wonderful home buying experience with Destiny at Bel-Cross. She made the process easy and fun. She worked around our schedule, and was always available for questions along the way. Her knowledge of real estate laws and processes was impressive. The documents that we needed for making offers, contracts, etc. were always completed promptly, ensuring that we didn't miss any opportunities or deadlines. We would recommend her 100%.

My husband and I couldn’t believe the place we found. It was almost too good to be true. Brendan was super nice from the second we met him. Not only did he work with us when things were unclear but, things were very transparent, straight forward and prompt. We’re very thankful for the help we received and we for sure left 100% satisfied. 10/10 recommended !

The apartment I am in has modern upgrades and is reasonably priced. The main reason I have renewed my lease is because of the outstanding team at Bel Cross. Maintenance responds and has a problem of mine fixed within a day, and if a part is needed to be ordered, they have it installed and fixed as soon as it comes in. I also have to point out an amazing employee, Rhonda, who works at the office. She has helped me with numerous requests and questions all year in a very timely manner. Thankful for this crew and their patience :)

When we first moved in it was rather late in the day and we didn't have a lot of time to talk about problems we found. The carpet in the master bedroom and stairs smelled of dog piss, and the second bedroom had a hole in the wall where the closet shelf was supposed to hang. Thankfully when we talked to them the next day they were quick to come and fix things. Rhonda has been wonderful assisting us with our new home.nCarpet;A woman came and took measurements a few days after we told them about it. The next week it was replaced with new carpet, were very happy with how quick it went.nCloset;The closet hole was fixed up quickly and has so far been holding rather sturdy.nWater Heater; it had been noticed that our water heater was leaking, I'm not sure on the full details for this part as my husband was the main contact for this part. It was replaced nearly the next day and we haven't had trouble since.nAs things happen I'll keep giving updates to this review.

So far the signing and touring process with them has been extraordinary. Our realtor Brendan was beyond helpful towards me and my girlfriend with finding an townhome for us to stay, and the options he was recommending us as well as the line of communication with him were simply outstanding. The website system they have for the apartments is especially exceptional as well, and is very helpful for taking a look at their properties as well as concise info for each, which is greatly appreciated during the digital age, as well as during the pandemic. Our realtor has been amazing and we couldn’t ask for a better experience with them so far.
