It was not a very good place to stay. The bed was hard as a rock. Almost like sleeping on the floor. Dirty walls, recliner chair was broke, plunger missing in tub. Pictures do not reflect the real thing. I was very disappointed in La Quinta. We always stay there because we can depend on a good stay, but this was very poor.
Service is amazing. Our AC goes out in the room, they had maintenance at our door within 10 minutes, he swapped out the unit and all was good. This hotel cares about their guests!
We were told we were getting queens instead were given full size beds never again will I stay at a Quinta inn
I should no! Never again. Our TV didn't work. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Nasty carpet. Ish. I do not recommend
I wrote a very detailed description on my stay and submitted it a week or so ago. I'm not going to do it again. Suffice to say that after ten years of staying in this hotel in Laredo I am so disappointed in the condition of the room and the quality of service, I will not be staying there again.
