We had noticed a propane smell in our garage and called Thursday for an appointment to have them check it out. Devin came Friday morning and, since the situation was serious, he stayed the rest of the day to install the new Navien water heater on demand for us. I'm always comfortable with their level of quality of installation and maintenance. They do great work!
When you need a plumber, you usually need one fast! Both times I've used Kinsey they came out the next day! Maybe that won't happen every time, but it has saved me twice! Great work, good techs, easy transaction.
