I had a great experience with Crows Plumbing!nnThey answered and got me scheduled immediately with a text follow up. They called me back to expedite my appointment when an earlier time became available and my technician, Luke, was here in 15 minutes.nnLuke was a great guy, and did a great job. He sourced my water heater in 20 minutes and had a new one installed in a few hours.nnOn top of that, Crows will actually charge a reasonable price at about 25% less than the competition right now.nnIt’s great to see a company not take advantage of people after a natural disaster. I would highly recommend Crows and Luke!
This company is professional, honest, and on time. Each of the eight personnel I had contact with, either in person or on the phone, was cordial and clearly stated what was needed for the work to be accomplished. Items discussed: Time frames, issues that may be encountered on site, price ranges, personnel requirements, and since this visit was due to weather; how that weather would effect each aspect.nThe people at Crow's Plumbing call and text prior to arrival. Invoices and any other documentation can be (and was) sent via email.nUpon arrival, the Plumbers look, act and speak with professionalism. They clean up messes as they work and ensure the area they are working in is cleaned up prior to exiting the site.nIf a return visit is necessary to complete the job, the particulars of what is still unfinished and when this will be accomplished are discussed and agreed upon prior to the Plumbers leaving.nBilling can be done a couple ways, electronically was the route I utilized. Easy as a signature on mobile device. Done.nThanks to all involved in this repair/replacement.
Luke was really very very knowledgeable. Waiting for 2 weeks in this situation was worth it and very happy with Lukes knowledge and his work ethic. He was clear with all explanations and options. We need to order parts to get our water heater fixed and we will be asking him to come and fix it. Very detailed and helpful.nnUpdate 03/26/2021nLuke was on time with his colleague and installed the water heaters . Took time to explain us about the water heaters and installed water filters too. Very happy with the service and can’t ask more . Luke is very knowledgeable and answered all our concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing services. The don’t charge for unnecessary stuff and give us genuine suggestions and recommendations.
Our experience with Crows Plumbing was just amazing! We had a major pipe leak caused by the recent freeze inside our home. Luke Englund came to our rescue. Luke was pleasant, professional and precise. Luke found a very hard to find pipe that busted, traced it back to a point that it could be repaired and repaired it. Crows Plumbing will be our first and only call for our plumbing needs. I would also like to mention that Karen was a delight to deal with. She scheduled our appointment and called to make sure we where happy after the work was performed. Class act from start to finish.
Tom was great! Called to let us know he was on his way, showed up on time and quickly assessed our situation. He offered us 3 service options, didn’t try and push us on any particular one, just allowed us to decide and once we did he explained all he was going to do and how long it would take. He was thorough, extremely professional and made us feel very comfortable that we had made a good decision. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and have filed their number away should we need them in the future. I should add we tested the issue after work was complete and everything worked perfectly!
