Our tankless water heater burst in the Feb. 2021 winter storm. We called and left messages at 5 different plumbers immediately knowing that everyone in the area was likely swamped with calls. We could get no one to come take a look.nWe saw a Roto Rooter truck next door checking on our neighbor's system which had also burst causing extensive damage. We approached Chad, the tech who graciously agreed to look at our system and diagnosed the same problem as with dozens of others in the neighborhood.nHe put us in contact with Jennifer, the dispatcher, who asked it we wanted to be added to their list as they were about to place a large rush order to replace a number of systems in the area. It took 6 days for the order to arrive but given the transportation issues, and the lack of inventory due to the storm we were grateful to get a replacement at all. Jennifer always replied to our anxious texts, even when she did not have any new information.nWarren came out the same afternoon that they received the new systems and got ours installed in an hour. The entire teams was professional and responsive to our needs. Thank you for restoring our hot water!nThe Stork family

Contractor created a nail hole in a pipe. Rooter really saved the day. They came out and made the repair. They were skilled and affable. I had a terrific experience again.

Byron made the initial service call in the evening after hours to diagnose a cracked water heater. The installation of the new water heater was done the next day by Muhammed. I found both young men to be very polite, respectful and friendly and very informative. They answered all of my questions no matter how silly they might have seemed. A thoroughly good experience.

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. Roto Rooter fit us in on short notice and our plumber Shannon the best. He was a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided great maintenance best practices. We would recommend Roto Rooter and Shannon to anyone with plumbing needs!
