Jason, Lorenzo, & Nick came and installed new toilets in our home. They were all very courteous & explained the details of the project before, during, and upon completion. We lost power for 3 days in the winter storm, and only found out for certain that the water heater had been severely damaged late the next day, when it thawed and began flooding our side yard.nnWe left what was surely a fairly incoherent message on the S&D voice mail, so called again the next day to be sure S&D had enough information to even know what kind of service we needed. Rhonda pulled up our records, confirmed we are long standing customers and managed to find some availability for us by today, and got enough information from us to know that we were going to need a new tankless water heater, which by some miracle, S&D still had in stock.nnJason and his assistant Lorenzo called ahead this morning to let us know they were on the way, and what time we could expect them. They also called back with an updated ETA when they found they had to make a detour to pick up an extra part, so we knew what was going on, and pretty much exactly when to expect them.nnThe installation turned out to be a bigger job than any of us realized up front, mainly due to differences in how the new vs. the old systems, and needed the services of an electrician. Jason was able to reach Javier, and get him to our house within a couple of hours to perform the necessary electrical work, so that the new system could be installed. In the meantime, Jason and Lorenzo go the old system out, and everything prepared so that they could get the installation done as soon as Javier was finished. I had been very worried when Jason told us we needed electrical work that the installation would get delayed - very happy that he was able to reach Javier and get him onsite so quickly.nnWe got a thorough briefing on the new set up, including how to turn off the water, electricity and/or gas to the water heater in case of emergency. Lorenzo even showed us where to find the water meter and cut off valve (we recently moved to this house and hadn't found it before the storm started)nnAll in all, this was a very good end to a hugely stressful week. Once again, we got great service from S&D, so that we can begin to get back to normal.

Jason and Angel were very friendly. They provided great customer service and fixed the issues in less than an hour. Definitely recommend and will call them back in the foreseeable future.nThanks Guys.
