I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!nnMichael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up the whole insurance claim process. I have not had any issues with the new water heater since the installation date a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with the results and process as a whole.
Austin Area plumbing is one of the best plumbing companies in town. I had a substantial job and got to spend a couple of days with Mycol and Colby. They super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job. I cannot recommend them enough.
Like so many others in our neighborhood our tankless water heater burst during the extreme cold weather a few weeks ago. James provided a detailed timely estimate and provided us with a few options. We decided to replace the unit. We received updates on the tracking of our new water heater and estimated date of arrival. As soon as the shipment arrived we were called to schedule an install. Mycol did the installation and educated me on maintenance surrounding the new unit. I highly recommend Austin area plumbing, they were professional, communicative, and very reasonably priced, and helped us so much during such a stressful time.
Cobey Graves, was the ONLY person brave enough to get into our crawlspace to assess for damages and his rates are much more affordable than other plumbers. He genuinely cares and follows through with his word, needless to say: THANK YOU is an understatement!! We will def call Cobey at Austin Area Plumbing first for future projects!!
James came late in to the evening in the ice and snow. Explained a lot of how the system works, what to do IF Austin freezes again. Cannot say enough about how he represented the company. Highly recommend!
