Brendan from Aloha has been to my house twice now and done an extraordinary job both times. He has explained every step of the process, and also gave me recommendations on how to save myself money. Aloha itself was superb with texting for scheduling and even managed to push one of my appointments up due to a cancellation. I also feel I paid a very fair price in both instances, and will make Aloha my only plumbing service I use from here on out.

Brendan Myers was honest with his recommendation of a replacement water heater and broke down the pros and cons of a quick fix versus a replacement tank.nBrendan is a really nice guy who gains your trust with his politeness and cheerful personality all while going above and beyond the task at hand.nWhen the Water Heater replacement was completed, Brendan walked me through the basic instructions to make sure I was comfortable starting and stopping the unit.nEverything was clean and professionally done.nI will gladly continue using Aloha Plumbing moving forward.

Called them to check on why a drain was draining slow.. they charged 295.00 to clear it, then said I needed to call another plumbing company to scope the lines to check for breaks or tree roots.. had I known they didn’t do that I would have called a different company to start with. Yes, I used them to clear the line, due to plumbers being so backed up, I couldn’t wait any longer .nThey are very pleasant to work with.. always have been, but now I still have to contact another company to check my lines.

I am so relieved to finally find a plumber I can trust! This is my second time using Aloha and I'm as happy as the first time. They are professional, arrive on time, work efficiently, and are fairly priced. Brendan was my tech today and he answered all my questions patiently and helpfully. I will definitely continue to use Aloha!

Radiant plumbing is awful. Aloha Plumbing and Brendan Myers are who you want. Brendan was very respectful of our home throughout the whole process. Extremely personable, fast and professional. Very happy to have found them. Did I mention how awful Radiant plumbing is? Stay the heck away from Radiant and use Aloha.
