We had the best experience with this company! Communication was amazing, they let me know when they would deliver and pickup and they did arrive within that time frame. The bouncy house was great and was setup and taken down so quickly! We all had a blast using it. It was such an easy process. Will use them again for sure!
Overall experience was very good. Jump house was great, booking process was easy, I would have preferred a little more notice for drop off. Initially we scheduled drop off Saturday morning but they ended up dropping off Friday morning, it was great to have the bounce house for an extra day but if I didn’t work from home it would have been difficult to be home for such a last minute change. Otherwise great experience!
They arrived when they say that they would arrive and was kind enough to wait for me to arrive to pay the balance. I was on my way to a funeral and forgot to leave the money and had to turn around to go back and pay. Only thing I wished is for the price they came the same time the next day to pick up like they used to do. Other than that I would use them again due to availability, promptness, and patience. Thanks for putting a smile not only on my son face but his brother, sisters, and friends
This is the second time I have rented a combo bouncy house from this company and once again we had excellent service! We received texts with the drop off and pick up times. The gentlemen that came to do drop off and pick were on time, fast, courteous and very pleasant. We will definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends!
Great experience with them! They delivered the bounce house a day early at no extra charge so we got over 24 hours with it! Kids were in heaven! Highly recommend!
