I came here at 4:10PM but it’s closed before the schedule. The airplane outside need major paint job. Hopefully I will visit here again and stop by the museum earlier! Or call them to make sure they will open!
The historical museum was interesting and had some fun things to look at. While my son and I were there to see the technology museum that is specifically attached to this museum, we still had a good time looking around. I enjoyed looking at the old medical equipment. He enjoyed the old post office and the 1890s bank safe. The ladies that were there were nice and easy to talk with.
Welp.... it's been closed since Harvey. The sign says they will reopen eventually. At least we got to stretch our legs in the parking lot.
Nice place to visit. Was invited to do Color Guard flag ceremony. Was the Color Guard Commander/Captain.
Fascinating museum and even better now that it has merged with the Wharton Technology museum. The hunting room is a must see. This museum has something for everyone.
