On Monday, March 2nd i was returning to Tomball with my dog in the car, when making the turn off 290 onto 2920, my vehicle stalled at this very busy intersection. Upon calling AAA, they alerted the Waller PD that I needed assistance until a tow truck could arrive. Office Thomas Santellana was at the scene within minutes and stayed until the tow truck arrived. He was very polite and made me feel much more comfortable in a difficult situation.

A transporter was to deliver my car to Galveston, he went away with my car and refuse to answer my phone calls or text messages for 8 days.nWithin 24 hrs of reporting to Waller County Police Dept. The transporter came back online.nI sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the job done despite the fact that I am far away in another state.nI gave you 100% because other county Police dept that I would not like to mention here simply did nothing.

Biggest turn over rate for employment, all superiors need to be properly trained and investigated for misconduct. The detective Anderson is the most unprofessional and evil person who will bring down anyone she possibly can to get ahead so beware! TCOLE really needs to investigate this department on all levels. Such a huge disappointment in law enforcement...

I experienced a brute of a cop throwing his weight around. Fish rot from the head down, I'm not very impressed with this companies leadership, they will violate others rights in the name of protection. I was pulled out of my car, questioned. They asked to search my car, I told them they have no reason to do this, the cop said I was nervous and that was enough for him. He was trying to be a bully and I didn't know what he was capable of. I avoid waller now, I don't know what these people are capable of. I am extremely law abiding, and to be treated this way makes me very leary of them in the future.
