Austin has never seen weather like this and Pickle Plumbing was able to come out same day and help me during a pipe burst. They have been out 12+ hours helping people in need!! Professional, amazing communication, on time, great work, well connected, and may I add again, caring!! I would definitely refer them to friends/family and will be a repeat customer!!
Pickell Plumbing has always been there when we needed them. I had a back flow valve that needed immediate attention after a hard freeze. Not only did they show up quickly and replaced it, but they insulated it so it wouldn't freeze again. Their pricing is always a great value. We will always call him as my only go to plumber.
Very happy with the responsiveness of Pickell Plumbing! I called and left a message when a pipe under my sink froze. They immediately returned my call and were very helpful. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.
We woke up one morning during the terrible ice and snow storm to find water on our kitchen floor. We turned off the water under the sink and contacted our insurance company. We then started calling plumbers. No one called us back, nothing. It has now been a month and I am tired of waiting for the over ten plumber that were recommended not calling us back. I made a list of every plumber in the area. Pickell Plumbing was on the list. I called them and received a call about an hour later. The woman who called apologized for not calling sooner. I was shocked because it had only been an hour and no one else even took the time to call. The woman who called told me someone could come to our house the next day. The plumber showed up during the time window. My husband was home for the visit. He said the plumber was courteous, friendly and went to work the minute he walked. I never share what we pay for repairs or purchases we make. However, I will tell you I was shocked in the BEST way possible. When my husband told me what we were charged, I made him repeated it because I did not think there was anyway the price could be what my husband told me. If you need a plumber who is courteous, timely, will do a great job and are so reasonable in their prices I recommend you call Pickell Plumbing. I would give them ten stars if possible.
We are commercial property owners and managers and have worked with Pickell Plumbing for 7 years now, with always exceptional responsiveness and results. They've been on call for us when we've needed them in emergency conditions at 1:00 AM, when we've needed them for 10 minute jobs or for 4 day jobs, and now when facing the worst winter storm in history. We couldn't recommend Danny and his team more highly!
