I have used Rooter-Man a number of times in the past. I have always been happy. I was so glad Curtis could come out quickly to get the area of the leak identified and repaired. As a prior customer I was prioritized. I truly appreciate that. The whole process took a couple of hours and Curtis had to really hustle to turn the water off and on. Unfortunately my upper body strength is very poor. This is an unprecedented ice storm for Texas so I am sure they have quite a long list.
Collen is a great technician! He explained the problem we were having and what caused it. He showed me a camera view if the inside of my kitchen sink pipe. Everything was unclogged quickly and neatly! Great job! Definitely recommend Rooter Man Plumbing!
My toilet stopped working at midnight Friday night. I called Rooterman at eight in the morning and they told me that they could have someone come out between eight and ten. A little after ten, the technician, Curtis arrived. After looking at the toilet, he told me why it wouldn't work, and what it would cost to repair it. He finished the job quickly and now I have a functioning toilet again. Curtis was very professional and personable, and he did a good job. I also thought the price was very reasonable and Indefinitely will use Rooterman again if I have plumbing problems.
Curtis was right on time and very professional. We had low water pressure so he had to dig up the valve where the city water connects to our row house water. He quickly diagnosed the problem, dug up the valve, replaced it with a much stronger and longer lasting valve, and put everything back. All in 2 hours. Very pleased with and will definitely use them again.
Outstanding response and communication with very very professional representative. Colin represent himself extremely well and easy to work with.
