I don't often go to taco bell and when I do...it is a decent fast food experience, IN, Tacos and Out. Last evening, I was given a dining experience by Huey!! Best customer experience from a restaurant. Huey is kind, sociable, and delightful.nnI appreciate your energy Huey, Thanks for making my taco run great!!!

Was there about noon. Got 2 crunchy tacos and a combo burrito. Not as hot or fresh and it usually is. The place was not busy at all. Must have been an off day? Everyone has them. Removed 1-star for the unusually lower quality of my lunch today.

Taco Bell is my “go to” comfort food and 4 points is my favorite Taco Bell location. The food is consistently good and it is rare that I get an item not up to par or that they mess up my order, even though I always customize my order ( minus sour cream, plus tomato, etc.).nnI’m surprised at the reviewers who were treated rudely. I find the staff to be friendly & helpful. Tony (don’t know his last name, but I think he’s a manager) is a shining example. He always has a smile and a friendly word, which I appreciate! Occasionally I run across a younger team member who may not be as comfortable talking with the public, but I’ve never been treated rudely.

I went to this taco bell today April 4th at 540pm.nThe lady/girl working the window for the drive through was one of the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever met.nShe for one wasn’t wearing a mask, her hair wasn’t up and she had no type of uniform on..nshe stood there snd practically threw my order at me.nI said thank you she said nothing.nThen I sat there to ask for hot sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and told the guy in the collar green blue shirt “ohhh she needs hot sauce.......” laughing and rolling her eyes.nShe said her name was jojo once I asked after my terrible experience.nI go here all the time and everyone is so nice and polite. I have never met anyone like this jojo lady.nI truly don’t know how she has a job there.nIf you hate your job quit... it’s simple.
