Person taking the order was extremely rude. I ordered two sides of gravy and a side of creamy pepper sauce for my nuggets. I asked if the sides were in the bag, and the cashier just said, “yeah” and walked away. I checked and none of my sides were in there. I went inside to get them and was told they were out of gravy. So instead of letting me know while ordering, they just told me it was in the bag. I waited over 20 minutes inside. By the time I got back to my car, the food was cold and the nuggets were burnt to a crisp. To say I’m extremely disappointed is a severe understatement.

If there is a line, DO NOT COME HERE. They run out of items very quickly. Every time I come here, I only get disappointed. I don’t know why I think it’s going to be different than last time. It’s more worth it to drive to Lakeway location and back. It’ll take the same amount of time as you sitting in the line at this one.

This is the cleanest Whataburger I've ever been in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They prepared the food perfectly. It was all hot and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

The people at the window were rude.nI ordered 2 drinks (one diet one not) and 1 large fry. They gave me 2 drinks, not completely full, unlabeled, no straws. And this half empty thing ofnC O L Dnfries.nThis has been the worst day and my pathetic attempt to make it better has failed. By the time anyone reads this review the people responsible probably won't even work there anymore.nWhatever.
