Today of all days, after a week of no power and depleted grocery store shelves, you would think that this location would have stepped up to the challenge, but they failed.nnThere was one poor kid working and it was obvious he was VERY new. He was having to text someone and ask questions. It was about noon and he had bread for 3 footlongs, none in the oven, only the proofer, had a line to the door and at least 6 people either decided not to come in at all or left. AND he had orders coming in from various delivery services that he could not even get to.nnI asked for a protein bowl and that completely threw him and he had to text someone for help. I paid almost $8 for ice cold chicken and a few veggies (there was no lettuce). I had an e-gift card, but decided not to put him through that agony and just paid cash.nnWhere was management? Where is the franchise owner? Where was this poor kid's help? The ice is gone, the streets are clear, surely there was someone who could have been there to help him. Texting does not help him get bread in the oven and refill the veggie station or take care of customers. It is surprising that he did not just walk out, but he was hanging in there. I hope he made it through his shift.

Honestly it was the slowest service I have ever seen at any Subway. The lady working seemed to not care At All, and it really showed. This was on Sunday, Feb 21, 2021, around 1:50pm - 2:00pm. I came in to an empty store. There was no greeting, no talking, no intent to aknowledge me as a customer in any way. I just stood there waiting for her to finish what she was doing in the most painfully slow way possible. While waiting, more customers arrived and a line started to form. She made zero effort to speed up or aknowledge the new customers. I mean, I don't write negative reviews like this, but it really felt like she was doing this on purpose to show just how much she did not care. (If there was some sort of unknown disability or great personal life distress involved, then I do apologize!)nnFood itself was fine.

There was only one person making sandwiches and 5 ppl waiting in line. The gentleman making the sandwiches was extremely slow. I spoke with the manager and she stated she can't help because she's to busy making the bread and stocking the Frontline. She was not rude however, she could have at least helped make the line move faster. Ppl were waiting in line for 14 mins just to place an order.
