Like really guys.?! You call this a burrito..? And you all wanted to get paid more than $12 an hour....for this.? You definitely deserve minimum wage if this is the kind of food we are getting. And really service is never good.
We stopped late Monday night, and the young lady's customer service was over and beyond! Truly very humble and respectful! The food of course was good too. I didn't get her name but from moment we pulled up to drive thru to the moment we left, she was awesome!
This location used to be my favorite; always fresh and our order correct. Maybe the staff has been rotated out over the last few months or management has changed. Regardless, the last 4-5 times I've gone to this location or had a delivery, we've had multiple items missing from the bag, items not prepared/wrapped properly, and most items not fresh.
I suggest you instead go to the Taco Bell down the road on Palm Valley Blvd.nnUnfortunately, this location has consistently given me stale hard tortillas, doesn’t melt the Cheesy Rollups, cold food, and other quality issues. Other things like napkins, correct order, etc. are hit or miss.nnThat said, the drive-through has always been fast, and the employees have been either friendly or at least neutral to me.nnI’ve decided to instead go to the Palm Valley one from now on, just down the street, as they have been better for me; more often at least.
Im on a diet so i dont visit often. But i do enjoy their tacos.
