Customer Service is amazing!!!! My sandwich was phenomenal!!!!! They even gave my chihuahua a “treat” (ham)!!!!nnI have been in ATX for over a year and this was my first experience at Thunder Cloud subs!!!! Definitely my new favorite spot!!!!!
Community Impact Newspaper carries BOGO coupons for ThunderCloud Subs in every issue, so I grabbed mine and headed to TCS. Inside the dining room, there was one customer in front of me, so a 2nd sandwich-maker offered to take my order. I think his name was Jonathan/Joshua? Anyway, he was friendly, funny and very competent with my sandwich order, which was 1 white bread/American Classic/lettuce/ onions, and an avocado BLT. Love this store!
Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Sandwich was tasty. Dont forget to get Thundersauce!
