I had a weird interaction at this subway on September 16th 2020 around the 3pm localtime. My order is not always available. I am gluten free and it is hit or miss if they carry the bread at any subway. It has been practicularly hard to find since COVID. Today I walked in and waited in line. When the manager, her words not mine (no name tag), started toasting the sandwich before me she called me forward and I asked for a gluten free bread. She said she was out. I asked why when they had plenty last night when I ordered. She told me well yeah it's in the freezer. I asked if I could have one and she said no. I was very confused so I left. There way no one in line behind me. As the guy before me left I asked him if he got the same message and he agreed and was confused as well. I went back and asked for a manager or owner to contact me or me them, she told me the owner was new and she had no way of contacting him. I asked if a manager would reach out and I was told she was the manager. I told her I didn't understand why I couldn't have a gluten free sandwich if she had the bread. She said nothing so I left. Her nose kept falling out of her mask. I found a ride to a different subway. If you are the owner or manager and would like to talk to me about this experience please reply to this post.

UPDATED 16AUG2020--nnWORKERS DO NOT WEAR MASKS WHEN MAKING SANDWICHES. THEY TALK AND TAKE ORDERS DIRECTLY OVER FOOD WITHOUT A MASK. PLEASE WEAR MASKS WHEN PREPARING FOOD!-nn----UPDATE----16AUG2020-nnI made this post a while ago and since then every worker does wear a mask and is very professional. I wanted to update my review and now I can change from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Subway for all the hard work that you do. I enjoy going there 3 times a week for my yummy sandwiches. Keep up the great work.

Horrible experience!! Walked in and the employee was prepping bread pans with his mask around his neck not covering his face NO GLOVES, once he realized i was their he quickly put on gloves and his mask WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. He begins making my requested sandwhich. At this point im already planning on reporting it. Then this guy gives me 2 handfuls of lettuce but only 7 olives on a footlong. The meat and cheese is so oven its falling of the sandwhich amd theirs so much mayo the bread was soggy before i left the store. I payed for my food, complained and then threw it away. And enjoyed a nice salad from a near by restaurant. Will never come back to this specific subway again. Employee was an older hispanic male spoke clean English. Just incase anyone else experiences the same things.
