New menu is overpriced and has less of the items I enjoyed, my order is hardly ever correct, and I get a little amount of actual meat in my food.
It's a taco bell
I love Taco Bell but this specific location I have always had problems with. Most recently I made a mobile order for 3 grilled cheese burritos & 1 cheesy bean n rice + beef added, received all cheesy bean & rice. Went back less than 5 min later to have them correct it, they asked for the bag back. They got the 3 grilled cheese burritos in but missed the added beef on the other burrito that was done correctly the 1st time. Didn't notice until after I returned home. Tried to call there phone multiple times but they NEVER answer. This wasn't the only time they have had incorrect orders.nnMonths previously I had tried to get breakfast multiple times from this location only to discover they were not open despite it being at least 30 mins past their open time each time I tried.nnVery disappointed that this location cannot get it together.nnUpdate:nI dont use Twitter
The staff completely ignores ALL customers, not just me. They didn't talk to anyone at all in the store, or in the Drive-Thru. They ignored everybody, and just went on cleaning the store. This was at peak hour during lunch time. I don't understand why they keep the store open to the public, if they refuse to serve the public.
The day is Aug 25th at 6:15 pm. The entire crew is amazing!!! Everyone here st this time deserves a serious raise!!! Wonderful crew working here at this time. This crew is going to be the reason I come here more!!!
