Previously, I went here for many years. Overall quality of work isn't bad nor the price point, just the customer service could have been a lot more friendlier. Will I go back, unfortunately not.
Under the new ownership, this cleaners is horrible. My clothes still had the same wrinkles in them that were there when I dropped them off. They ruined the belt and sleeve buckles on my trench coat and then they were rude and lied to cover their A—es. Their alterations are not professional & are not worth paying for. They pass the cost of using bank cards on to their customers. And...above all their store manager is extremely rude and dishonest!!
They have gotten more out than any other dry cleaners I’ve used.nGreat customer service. Highly recommend.
Great little place, does a fantastic job on some clothes that have had tough stains. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The people who run it are always nice but don’t expect a lot of smalltalk. The flowers outside are always amazing.
Did a great job repairing a chair pillow. Very personable and efficient.
