I had them put new pockets in my work pants. Their work was really poor quality. The new pocket linings folded outward and one had a hole at the top. They refused to repair their shoddy work.
We love their service!
We had happily used this cleaner for about 10 years and have appreciated the service. I'm sensitive to chemicals and felt lucky they were here in Woodinville. Recently, my husband's shirts came back smelling like dryer sheets or some other toxic fragrance and we had to banish them to the garage until he could bring them back and ask them to redo them. He picked them up today and they still stink. Has anyone else noticed a change?
I have been going to this dry cleaners for over 20 year at both of their locations. the service, quality and prices are excellent. Highly recommend!
