This place is Terrible. They don’t itemize they don’t show you a price there is no list anywhere in sight. It’s just not a good look and I won’t go back. The prices are outrageous.
Quick turnaround (a couple to a few days), friendly service, and good location.
I've had numerous pants put up here, coats cleaned, etc. They do such a good job, I am never disappointed. They are very nice as well. Even though I have moved to Lynnwood, I still come back here.
I have used this place for over 8 years, they had always fine a good job, until the last 2 times: they had given me the wrong suit twice, when I came in to talk with them and try to find my suits they said they weren't there. I looked through the rack they had, they weren't there. I gave them the description, brand of each suit and a phone number to call me if the others showed up. I waited a little over a week, then went in to talk with them, they said they didn't show up and told me that I had picked up my suits. Basically saying I was lying, I then asked for them to pay for my suits (which were $600+ after tailoring and tax) they said they were not going to pay. So I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau etc.nnIf I were you I'd take my dry cleaning needs to someone who give you YOUR clothes back. 8 years of customer loyalty......gone.
Brought in a comforter, forgot about taking the cover off, they wrote $40.00 on my slip but then added on the cover which was an additional $30.00. My bad, but it still felt like they upcharged me.
