I called the store not happy that my order was not what I thought I ordered online. Which was a very simple and plain party sub box. As I was explained very politely how detailed I needed to be in my order by the manager Zach so graciously...he said that he would refund my whole order! Not what I expected AT ALL! Because it was really my error in not knowing how to order it online. He truly is what exemplifies customer service! He really went above and beyond I felt like not making me feel dumb and refunding my money when he really didn't have too but did. He and his staff displayed top notch customer service! It was refreshing to see. ❤
They people at this location are always courteous and professional. Looks like they changes the look of their menu and added a couple of new sandwiches. The bread seemed a bit different but still good.
Not a bad place to grab a bite! I got the #5, and I have to say, it was great! The gentleman at the register (I believe his name was Mike?) was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect chips/cookie to go with my order. 5 out of 5 for sure!
Great customer service all around by every single employee working today. Especially by who I'm assuming was the manager there, he went above and beyond for me! I'll never go to another location.
Great subs. And service.nnWith a younger staff you might expect lack luster severice or quality....but na. They are professional ( for work with subs) top notch
