This is the worst subway I have been to.. ordered on the app and it said pick up time is 7:35 it is now 8pm and I am still waiting...nnWhen it was finally my turn in line the worker tells me I will have to wait until he takes care of the people that just walked in???? Meaning I will be here until at least 8:30 because the app don’t let us cancel..nnJosh is absolutely the worst most rudest employee I have encountered.. we will not be back to this subway and will be calling corporate...nnI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY TO ANYONE AT ALL....,nnGo somewhere else.. THIS PLACE IS A Damn Joke..

Terrible service. She smashed and tore the bread on both of our sandwiches. She didn't even try to put it together in a way that it wasn't falling apart. She was in such a hurry to clock out and leave that both of our sandwiches were prepared in a very unprofessional manner and very hard to eat like a sandwich. Don't waste your money at this location the one on North tarrant parkway is a million times better. Incase management wants to know which employee it was she was shorter, middle aged, and dark hair and a bird tattood on her wrist. She definitely shouldn't be working in customer service. Nver been so frustrated by a subway.

We just recently started going back to Subway and this one is really good.nnIt's very clean and the people working there are very friendly.nnThe meatball sub was great but I do think it's odd that a sandwich shop doesn't serve roast beef or cheddar cheese.
