I have been waiting 30 min for a cheeseburger after I ordered and paid
An employee named Faith who always works B lane always gives me the best customer service. She shows care in her work and her kindness is out of this world. She repeats the orders back and always wishes me a good evening. Such an amazing person. Always look forward to seeing her!
I had a bad experience at one of their locations and didn't have time to get it fixed. (Don't judge them too harshly it was warzone volume).nnThese guys get 5 Stars for listening to my story and making it right.nnThe manager was perfectly kind and professional.
