My family had a really bad experience here. I should have been more cautious when I saw the hand written note pleading for patience from 2pm to 5pm because there's only one person. There's six of us and it took 45 minutes for them to make the sandwiches. We were the ONLY ones in the establishment. There were two employees there but only 1 was helping us. The other was shuffling back and forth making more bread for some reason. The one helping us kept running out of supplies and would sigh and look irritated each time he had to go back to restock. He also made us wait for each toasting. Most other subways toast more than one sandwich at a time. Not here, it was one by one. On top of that, they made our sandwiches wrong. For instance, I ordered an Italian BMT and got a Spicy Italian. The bread was old. The veggies were old and slimy. I recommend to stay away.
They are out of chocolate chip cookies pretty much every evening.
The guy behind conter only took 1 person's order then went to the bak of the store to grab himself food. He came out without his mask and was eating right behind the counter. ud83eudd28 After we told him the were still 2 more orders, he ask what we wanted. We told him he needs to put on his mask and gloves first. Ordered 30 mins in advance on the app. All paid. I get there waited for ten mins just to tell me that they haven’t even started... great job at being forgetful...
