Been here several times since we moved to the area a few months ago, never had any problems. However, I literally just left there with my food, 2 Beef n Cheddar sandwiches and the Turkey, Ranch and Bacon sandwich. I get home only to find my turkey sandwich is just that, just turkey. No ranch and no bacon. I am sorely disappointed.

I wish they would take American Express but otherwise can find no fault with this Arby's location. Great service and always friendly. Orders are accurate and the food is always good. I know it's fast food but even the presentation is good. Not just thrown together. Really glad they opened this spot.

I do not recommend going to this location. Service was extremely slow. Spent 20 mins inside for a “to go” order. Listened to the counter lady argue with the prep station because she needed two sliders to complete my order. Once she handed me my bags it was one sandwich short. They made the sandwich and once we opened it in the car, it was wrong. Walked back in to get it corrected. The lady at the counter told the manager on duty that theirs a guest he should come talk to and his response was VERY unprofessional. He said out loud, “I’m not coming around for anyone.I’m not the manager here, just a guy in plain clothes working” she said she wished there was something she could do and just shrugged her shoulders. I remained calm and just left. I also live close by and do not plan on going back to this location.

Ordered on the value menu because it was their happy hour and I was thoroughly surprised as to how good the sliders were!!! Definitely going again!
