Excellent service. Fast friendly professional ready to give your clothes a good cleaning. Great results! Not the cheapest, but the best i’ve found in this area.
I forgot to have my suit pressed before an event. They managed to help me in between getting off work and leaving for the event. Fast and courteous and I will be coming back.
Cotton Cleaners has been the only cleaner I have used for more than 15 years. My order has always been on time and the dry cleaning and pressing have always been perfect. Their alterations are terrific too. And all seems to be a very fair price.
Don't patronize this business. They are outright thieves and crass opportunistic profiteers. I used Cotten Cleaner to launder and starch 11 dress shirts. I was told that the cost would not exceed $22.00. However when I collected my shirts the costs were almost $32.00. I was outraged and confronted the owner (A Korean woman) and demanded to know why the charges were so high. She claimed that the starch increased the costs. Her husband, also a Korean, simply ignored me. These two Asian entrepenuers are corrupt and by patronizing their business would simply enable them and further their unprincipled practices. Both husband and wife embody the stereotype of sly Orientals. They should be prosecuted for swindling their customers.
