Lakeside Cleaners

I have been going here for 5 months because it is close. It's the most expensive place I have ever gone to and probably would not have chosen them otherwise. However, after today I will NEVER go there again. I returned a shirt because it had a large pull in it when I unwrapped it and I returned it for them to repair as it left a hole in the shirt. All I had done was to move a button from the sleeve and put it on the front of the shirt which was 3 times what another cleaners would charge. If you read Yelp you will see that there are several complaints of this nature. I thought when they made a pull in a silk shirt they would fix it for me. I left it with them but the person doing alternations said she would not repair this and that they did not do it. I'm probably better off not going there because it was SO EXPENSIVE and as it turns out there are many people who they have refused to pay or repair their damages. I am so very disappointed - when you pay a lot of money to go somewhere you expect that they would honor you and do what is right. If you do not have customer service eventually you will not have a business.....

They are very prompt and have good pricing on items (I mostly do men's dress shirts and pants) They have always been friendly to me and even remember my name when I come in!

The shorthaired lady was extremely rude. She has no regard for customer services. I kept asking her questions whether my shirt would be ready for Saturday morning, and she didn’t give answers. While she was asking for my phone number to find me in her records she looked at me viciously and in a demeaning way without making eye contact or trying to be courteous. I didn’t feel welcomed in her places of business. It doesn’t matter if there is a language barrier, but the gesture and posture has to be there in a customer service role so a customer is welcome. This woman was blatantly rude without any regard to customer service.

This place sucks. Rude and disrespectful. They ruined my clothing.

They do a great job with my clothes and they are always polite and clothes are ready on the date promised.
