Park Cleaners

I have been taking Park Cleaners my clinic laundry for over 3 years and have always been very pleased. I have had one shirt altered and they did a fine job. I have always been able to count on them being open and having my laundry done on time. I also enjoy my short talks with the owners. Dependable, affordable and on time. No complaints here.

I have taken my cleaning here for years.They have always done an excellent job. Clothes comforters, leather jackets. They have been honest with me when I brought brought them stains they weren't sure they could get out. I have had alterations done to. Nice work.

They aren't great at customer service in reception, but my goodness they certainly do a good job on my stuff. I just tried to take my jacket that has dog fur all over it to another cleaner, and they said they couldn't possibly get that off. But Park Cleaners got every stitch of it off last time and didn't charge me extra. I'm definitely going to make the trek back to Kirkland even though I moved into Seattle.

Decent service so I had a shirt altered, which came back fine. I needed to get a full suit altered so it seemed fine to let them do it. The sleeves on the jacket came back uneven and the pants are still too long. This place may be fine for others for dry cleaning, but I will no longer go here for alterations. Also, the lady does let her dog run around the place so I did find a few hairs on my clothes, which is fine for me, but I imagine it's not so fine for people who are allergic.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY RUDE. THEY TALK OVER YOU. AGAIN VERY VERY RUDE!!!!
