This dry cleaners is under new management so the bad reviews apply to the owner of the last place and his staff. I've met this manager and he seems to be a pretty reasonable guy.

I thought all dry cleaners were the same having never been to one before. I was wrong. I am giving 2 stars because both my coats are clean and in one piece. I am being generous. It cost 40 dollars to get 2 coats cleaned. They said my clothes would be done in 4 days. They were done in 5. Had to attempt pickup twice. One of the coats they handed me was not mine. The second try was also wrong third time was the charm. Pro tip bring in a cheap coat and see if you can upgrade...

If you are a Kenmore local, I urge you to use someone else. We were charged upfront for a single item, only to return to find that said item is nowhere to be found in the establishment and that they have no computer record of it. When we requested that he check all similar items on upper racks by hand, the proprietor checked two and then refused to check the rest, claiming he knew 100% that they were all “old, over a year, never picked up.” The loss of an item aside, the absolute lack of effort to rectify the situation coupled with one flat out accusation of lying (“we already paid for this!” “Who? Who paid?”) was all enough for us to log on and write a review. Save your money and significant headache by choosing a drycleaning establishment with a modicum of organization and customer service. We are now just contesting the charge with the card company in an attempt to recoup the cost of a service that was never rendered.

They are well over price and charge most customers up front. Thats for a reason. You will know the reason by listening to other reviews.
