Was running late to work and I called ahead to request my food to be prepared and Robbie took my order and by the time I arrived she had my table already with my food ready nice and warm and she gave me such an excellent superb service! Definitely will be coming back again! Thank you Robbie.
This Waffle House has truly won me over. Although short staffed the employees on shift hustled and kept positive friendly attitudes.nThis is the model customer service I expect in any facility or establishment I go to. And one more fact; this location has a fan fave the call The Princess Waffle, and it's probably the best waffle I have ever had by far. Thank you to the two ladies whom worked so hard to give us a golden experience!nn--UPDATE---nnThis Waffle House is on FIRE!!! It doesn't matter what shift, this team nailed my order once again, and so fast and friendly. It was a real blessing to come in and hear good attitudes, and some genuinely good times! I've bwcwe been much of a breakfast person but this location may have me convinced to be one...Thank you Waffle House on Beach!!!
Really good food and the service was excellent. It was our first time there and our waitress took the time to explain the menu and gave us ideas of what to order.
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Even if you call 10 times @ 3:30 a.m!
I’ve never had awful customer service in my life. We walked in and we were greeted. Then NO ONE came to take our order. Not even offer water, coffee, nothing. More people came in and they were greeted and they took their order quickly. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.
