This location is great, right off the 199 fwy and there is usually not a long line so I can get in & out and back on the highway. Amazed at how much they can pack in such a small space. I liked that the store is orderly and the staff are not too far away when needed. I just discovered they refill propane tanks for cheap. Even though they were low on some things because of snowvid 2021, I still got what I needed and more.
Love this store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We recently tried to purchase a zero turn at a local Lowe’s, the people were rude and difficult to come by. When we gave up we came here thinking the selection wouldn’t be as good but they had plenty of options. They helped us finance it and took the time to show us everything about it. I will keep coming here for everything! Another bonus is the bet parking and discount. They’re awesome!

One of our go-to stores in a 15 mile radius for multiple reasons-nThey offer later hours than the hardware stores in town and usually have whatever odd things we need for our projects.nThe best local selection of dog products: kennels, crates, medical products; and a variety of dog foods, toys and treats for different budgets and health concerns. They even have a fully stocked dog wash station with jet dryer and that has always been CLEAN.nIt has been a GREAT store for those of us that have support/service/young canines in need of socialization during the pandemic. I can't count how many times I've been in there with any one of our puppies to practice greeting and leash walking.nnOnly negative had been regarding the quality of previous customer service. Most recently, they've been helpful and courteous, and whatever experience or knowledge they might lack they've usually been able to compensate for otherwise.
New Baby goats needed some kid replacement so I called ahead knowing I would be arriving a minute or two after closing. Manager and store associates were eager to assist, letting me make my purchase a couple of minutes after the closing time! Thanks to great customer service, baby goats are full and healthy! Much Thanks to an amazing Springtown TSC team!!!
