The Chaparral Rails to Trails Museum, which depicts the history of Roxton in artifacts & pictures is on Farm Rd 137 / 38 just south of Hackman St. It is the north most prominent structure in Roxton Veterans Memorial Park, a long narrow strip of well kept lawn w/ 1920's period 5-globe style street lights along Farm Rd 137 / 38.nud83dude82 The museum is a (restored) railway depot often a prominent part of northeast Texas communities in the 19th & 20th centuries. On the porch, next to the yellow w/ green trim bldg & south of it, there are shaded contemplation benches aplenty.
