Ask for Noah... He was very professional, kind, up front and a hard and dedicated worker. This company was very determined to make sure that my gas pipes were restored and my house was safe. The company was just as professional as he was and always well mannered. They just earned a new loyal customer.

After calling every Plumber in town only to be told that they would have to put me on a list (there was a bad ice storm with very low temps) all the Plumbers were working on other peoples problems. So...I planed on having to wait at least 2-3 days without water before I could get the burst pipe fixed. At noon there was a knock at the door and it was Ricks Plumbing Services. The tech was a young man named Mark. He said he had finished the call he was on early, so he came by here to see if he could fix the problem, Bear in mind that this was a Sunday afternoon! Anyway after struggling with the problem for a while he got it repaired right. He then noticed that the kitchen facet was leaking (it was an off brand manufacturer that you couldn't get parts for). He went and picked up a name brand facet for me and got it installed. Then he discovered that the drain system was leaking. So he repaired that too. All the while he was very personable, courteous, honest and knew what he was doing. I can not speak highly enough about him.nI would highly recommend Ricks Plumbing to any one that needs an installation and/or repair!

During the Texas Freeze in Feb. 2021. Everyone was frozen up. Rick's stayed in touch with me letting me know they were trying to get to us as fast as they could. 2/24/21 Ernesto J. and his helper were so kind and very quick to assess my problem and got it fixed quickly. They were wonderful. Thank you Rick's Plumbing. I will always use your service if needed in the future!

Ernie and the crew (including Josh) replaced my complete water pipe system in 2019. This past week when we had the terrible winter storm, my pipes weathered the storm wonderfully. Water was off for a few days due to our area water being shut down, but everything was fine when the water came back on. Rick's Plumbing has always done good work for me. Lynn Moore, Alvarado TX

We have used Rick's Plumbing for several services in the last 3 years. Today, Ernie came to unclog a drain from the washing machine to half bath. Ernie was knowledgable, quick, & above all, very professional. Due to recent winter storms we were on a waiting list, but understood that there were people with much bigger problems that not being able to do laundry. We appreciate the quality of employee that Rick's sends to us. We will be using them in the future & will recommend their work to others.
