Officer Gonzalez needs to go back to training. She obviously doesn't know what the law is. How can you be an armed cop and uphold laws when you don't even know the laws. Pure dumbass.
If your officers don't understand that being filmed in public is not a privacy violation, they shouldn't be cops. I'm sorry that transparency and accountability scare you so much.
Wow, officer Gonzalez is incompetent to do the job. Is this what the tax payers money is for? Crapping on people's rights, and not even knowing laws you're supposed to be upholding? Then, trying to force Youtube to remove the video of this incident for privacy concerns? This department is a joke.
Officer Gonzalez needs retraining in basic constitutional rights, as photography is not a crime, and there is no expectation of privacy in public, especially by government officials during the course of their duties.
