Food is Good, check your order before leaving, I have received the wrong order several times at this location.
What can I say Whataburger is always good we never eat at the one close to the house because the one at I-10 and Mason always seems to have the best cooks working. Burgers always come out juicy never dried out like the location at 99 and Bellaire
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a plain whataburger sandwich. Ordered chicken strips with gravy and got no gravy. They added an extra sandwich, fries and drink to my order. What should have cost about 20 dollars, cost 32.00. Furthermore, other people were come back in because their order was messed up.
Always great customer service every time I come here. Fast service too, and of course the food tastes great!
Tried to order breakfast and burgers. Our order never came out, after several people got theirs and they ordered after us. So I go and check, my order number isn't on the screen. I ask for refund from manager, the guys states, oh the order is right here. So I look at the prep line and it's all burgers, we only order one burger.nnSo the manger just lie to me and then asked for a refund, he trys to tell me it will be right out.. I told him just give me a refund, he looks at the female manager for permission and finally gives me a refund. Sorry 1 start for specific Whataburger location, not for the company as a whole . Be mindful when doing business here.
