Good food and friendly service. My only complaint is they almost always forget to include my daughter's cookie in her kid's meal. Swapping the fries for apple slices and ordering a cookie for dessert becomes fries, apple slices, and no cookie. I've never had any trouble with the adult meals.
Got the honey butter chicken biscuit. So delicious! Juiciest chicken ever. However everybody and there momma was there and the wait was long, even though I placed a curbside order.
Ordering ahead at this location and picking up the food in a timely fashion was difficult. Placed the order nice and early for a specific time to go in and pick it up. Got a notification that the food was being prepared and would be ready soon so I headed over. Once I got there I waited over 20 minutes to pick up my order. I understand it was a busy time of day, but whats the point of setting a time for pick up and push notifications if they don't make a difference?nThe girl who helped was courteous at least when interacting with me, however most of the time no one was at the front counter which caused a kind of commotion.
With the weather like it is, we were glad to get a hot meal. Due to the massive power outages the line extended into the road but the service was fast and they were very friendly. Thank you for making it to work for all the people who haven't had electricity for days but were able to get a hot meal. Many thanks.
These are the nicest, friendly, customer services people I’ve seen in a very long time. I like the fact that I don’t have to check my order before I leave the window. Great food and Great people.
