The most disappointing location....the wait time is always ridiculously long even for curbside, the food is always cold, the few recent orders have food items missing, and they get your order wrong. Not worth your time or money. Going to have to start going to a different location just to get what we actually order lol
Food was good. Burger was fresh as ever since it was 9am. Got an extra order of fries and 3 extra ketchup in my bag. Win win. Will return. Very nice you girl who brought out my food and wore a mask.nnSee yall next Sunday morning
The staff is always ready to help. They are very courteous. The food is much better than other hamburger places
You really have to be careful at this location. My wife and I visited on 3/29 at 6:15 PM. We came to order at the drive through and the person could not stop laughing long enough to take our order with any degree of accuracy. I had to repeat my order several times because others were laughing so loud. I think it is great to have fun at your job but not at the expense of service. I paid at the window and waited for at almost minutes. We were the only people in line. I could see the staff dancing and laughing inside so I just left. I am not comfortable eating food from a place where they care so little about their customers they will treat them with such disdain. Sadfor this whataburger location. I have been to many and never been treated this way.
