I have dealt with these guys more then I have ever wanted and will never again. They are so very rude and disrespectful. It doesn't matter if in person or over the phone they are condescending and just do not know how to talk to customers. If zero stars was possible, they would definitely earn it.
The customer service at this store is horrendous, unwilling to get out from behind the counter. If you don't know the exact part your looking for, then don't bother going in. These guys only work at the counter. My last experience they locked up the door 5 min before closing, wouldn't let a customer in, a younger employee, maybe a new hire asked the The older employee if they should let the customer in, the older employee barked back at him and said "don't let them in we are closed!" I actually felt bad for the gentlemen they turned away, looked like he had a few parts in his hand, probably trying to wrapped up a Saturday project.
Went in and asked about what kind of shovels they carry and was told simply I don't know. I explained the type of shovel I was looking for and in the middle of my explanation he cut me off and said I don't know. What happened to customer service? Will not be back.
The woman working there was so wonderful to deal with. She was very helpful and took her time helping me find what I needed. She was very knowledgeable when it came to plastic sprinkler pipes. I will be asking her to help me from now on!
Horrible service. Went in today to get some sprinkler parts. Employee was sitting on her fat a$$ looking at her smart phone. Then she gives me the “Wal-mart” point-finger-in-direction of aisle 9 and 10. Senior employees behind the counter wouldn’t come show me where the correct parts were. FINALLY, I found what I needed and walked out.
I will take my business elsewhere. These people are too lazy to be bothered.
